Uses:

Some countries use it to control subterranean termites but in Iran its traditional for pistachio psylla and citrus leaf miner, also its used against immature stage of caterpillar larvae, Coleoptera, Diptera and Homoptera in fruit trees, cotton and potatoes.

Its registered at 500-700 cc/ 1000 L water for pistachios.

Do not have any special antidote.
